The Deluxe Room offers a cozy and well-equipped space to enjoy the stunning views of Ha Long Bay. Approximately 18 square meters (192 square feet), the room is furnished with one King-size bed or two single beds, ensuring comfort for couples, friends, or a family of two adults and one child. While there is no balcony, the room features large windows that can be openable to let in the natural fresh air of Ha Long Bay. Your bed is positioned to offer a direct view of the bay through the window. Each morning, you’ll wake up to the breathtaking panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.
Room amenities include air conditioning, bedside lamps, a wardrobe, minibar, and convenient amenities. The room also has a separate bathroom with hot water, a walk-in shower, and modern toiletries. A large window allows you to relax even while showering.
Is it safety in the room during trip? Of course, we have equipped your rooms with life vests, emergency whistles, and other rescue equipment. We regularly check this equipment. Before you check in, you will receive instructions on how to use and escape. Your safety is the most important.

- A group with 2 adults and 1 child: the child under 5 years old is FOC (sharing a seat with parents, any additional expenses incurred are self-paid)
- A group with 2 adults & children: One child under 5 years old is FOC, the other children under 5 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate
- Children from 5 to under 9 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate (applies to one child; the second child will be charged 100% of the tour price)
- Children from 9 years old are charged at 100% based on adult price
- If an extra seat is required, a surcharge of 13usd per seat applies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Free cancellation 15 days before departure
- 50% if you cancel from 8 – 14 days before departure
- 100% charge with in 7 days before departure

- The order of visits during the cruise may be changed depending on local weather conditions.
- Guests are requested to submit their passport at least 24 hours prior to the departure for the travel declaration to the port authority.
- The order of sightseeing places is subject to change. However, guests will visit all the places listed in the itinerary.
- Unused services such as meals, sightseeing tours, transport and activities listed in the agenda will not be refunded or exchanged.
